TERMS & CONDITIONS

All our sewing classes require a minimum of 4 people per session, if  we don’t manage to fill the dates/times offered then we will reschedule for a time that the criteria is met.

A waiting list is available for those who wish to sign up for future classes

1.0 Minimum class numbers
We require a minimum of 4 students to be booked for any class in order to proceed with this class. We may choose to run a class with less than 4 bookings, but we reserve the right to reschedule undersubscribed classes.

1.1 Cancellations by us
In the unlikely event of a class  being cancelled or postponed due to unavoidable circumstances or is undersubscribed, we will give you a minimum of 24 hours notice. You will be offered an alternative date or credit for the equivalent of your payment. We will not be liable for any other costs.

2.0 Requirements for participating in our classes, courses & workshops

All our classes specify  in the  description, student requirements & suitability. Please check before booking that you are attending the right class.

2.1 Student ability
We reserve the right to move students from a class if their sewing ability is not at the required level. In such cases we would discuss moving the student to a class which would be more suited to their current sewing ability.

3.0 Student conduct
We require students to conduct themselves in a reasonable and proper manner at all times. We will not tolerate any aggressive, disorderly or threatening behaviour or language towards staff or any other students. Any such action will result in the student being asked to leave the class.

3.1 Student health & safety
Students should wear appropriate clothing and footwear to all classes and use all tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

Students who fail to comply with health and safety rules will be unable to participate in practical classes

**Subscriptions are available upon request.**

Sewing workshops take place in relaxed settings, as well as our online platform. We  offer one-day and multi-day events, where participants can bring their own sewing machines and materials. We may also provide sewing machines and basic supplies for those who don't have their own. (Deposit required)

Attending the sewing workshops can have many benefits. It allows participants to learn  and be trained by myself,  an experienced instructor who will provide guidance, tips, and troubleshooting for the sewing machine. It also provides an opportunity to meet other sewing creatives , exchange ideas, and foster a sense of community.  Sewing workshops create a great sense of wellbeing and can boost confidence, enhance skills, and inspires creativity.

A minimum of 4 students are required for any of the classes to go ahead, should that not be the case, then classes will be cancelled. If you have booked a class that has not been filled on a certain date, then we will seek an alternative date/time.

One  2  one classes are also available upon request. These are learner led based on the students requirements.
