A high street killer!

Below is a link to the petition, which is now closed btw, with no outcome, as it was never served to the then council leader Sean Anstee and unfortunately I had a massive meltdown, due to the immense pressure from the council, regarding business rates on a property that was leased to me , free rent and rates for a period of time.
